These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Dragonberry® GCC's website ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by Phynix Inc., New York, USA, and located at https://dragonberry.ae .

By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to accept and comply with these Terms. Please do not continue to use the site if you do not agree to all of the terms stated below.

Dragonberry® is committed to delivering your orders safely, efficiently, and reliably across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. Please read our shipping guidelines carefully to understand our processes, delivery times, and costs.

1. Shipping Method

We ship all orders to GCC countries using Express — Land service for door-to-door delivery.

Express — Land Door-to-Door service

Delivery: 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on location

Major metro areas: 3–4 business days

Remote or rural areas: 4–7 business days

Ideal for all orders, including standard purchases and pre-orders. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, local conditions, and other external factors.

2. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are processed and dispatched within the specified time indicated on the product page. Once dispatched, pre-orders take the same delivery time as standard orders, depending on the location.

3. Delivery Times

All delivery estimates are based on time from dispatch, not from order placement. Depending on your location, parcels may arrive sooner or slightly later than the estimated range:

Major metro areas: 3–4 business days

Remote or rural areas: 4–7 business days

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping Option: Express — Land

Items Shipping Fee (AED)

1–2 items AED 60, 3–4 items AED 92, 5–6 items AED 128, 7–8 items AED 165, 8–9 items AED 184, 10–12 items AED 199.

Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on location.

Shipping Fee Disclaimer:

All shipping fees provided on this page are estimates only. The final freight calculation will be determined at checkout, based on the actual weight, size, and destination of your order. Dragonberry® is not responsible for minor variations between the estimated fees shown here and the final amount charged at checkout.

5. Taxes & Duties – GCC

United Arab Emirates (UAE):

VAT and applicable import charges are calculated and collected at checkout. Customers should not incur additional VAT charges upon delivery for standard shipments where prepayment has been completed.

Other GCC Countries (excluding UAE):

All applicable VAT, customs duties, and import taxes remain the responsibility of the customer.

Product prices and shipping fees do not include VAT or customs duties for these destinations. Any applicable charges will be collected by local customs authorities or the courier upon delivery.

Dragonberry® does not prepay VAT, customs, or import taxes for GCC countries other than the UAE.

Checkout Notices

For UAE:

"VAT included at checkout – no additional VAT due on delivery."

For other GCC countries:

"VAT and customs duties collected on delivery."

"Orders may ship separately due to satchel volume restrictions."

6. Shipping Taxes & VAT

Shipping (freight) charges are not taxable and are excluded from VAT calculations.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and paying all local import taxes.

7. Tracking

All shipments to GCC countries are trackable. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your parcel in real time on the courier's tracking system.

8. Important Notes

Dragonberry® is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost parcels once the order has been handed to the courier.

Pre-orders follow the same delivery timeline as standard orders.

All orders are processed in the order they are received.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses.
