Welcome to Dragonberry® UAE & GCC | Trend Setting Across the World!

This policy governs pre-orders for Dragonberry® UAE customers and works in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions, Shipping Policy, and Returns Policy. Also govern your access to and use of our website conducted by Dragonberry® UAE, Owned & Operated by Phynix Inc., New York, USA, for its UAE/GCC operations. By using our website and/or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

1. Definitions

Pre-Order Item: Items purchased before arriving in our UAE distribution hub.

Estimated Dispatch: The projected shipping timeframe shown at checkout.

Force Majeure: Events beyond our control affecting production or delivery.

2. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at checkout to secure your order.

Orders may be cancelled if flagged by fraud or payment verification systems.

Prices are listed in AED.

3. Production & Variations

Production timelines are estimates and may shift due to supplier schedules.

Slight differences in dye, stitching, or finish may occur due to batch production.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Customs

Once the shipment is transferred to the courier, responsibility passes to the customer.

Customs inspections or regional courier delays may affect arrival times.

Delivery may be made by courier, local partner, or Aramex/DHL depending on destination.

5. Communication on Delays

We will notify you by email or WhatsApp (when available) if production or shipping estimates change.

6. Cancellations

Customers may cancel within 24 hours for a full refund.

After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible as production may have begun.

If we cannot fulfil your item, we will issue a full refund.

7. Returns & Refunds

Pre-order items follow the same return rules as regular items.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

We reserve the right to contest invalid chargebacks with full documentation.

Customers agree to contact us first for resolution.

This Pre-orders Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent UAE courts (or arbitration if agreed in writing).

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by: regional disruptions, customs issues, factory delays, weather, or any events outside our control.

10. Data & Privacy

Your information is collected for order processing, fraud prevention, and updates. Data is handled under UAE privacy and e-commerce regulations.

11. Changes to Terms
We may amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will always be available on our website; your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
