Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love every Dragonberry® piece you receive. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help.

1. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@dragonberry.ae. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly. Once confirmed, we will repair, replace or issue a refund in compliance with UAE consumer protection standards.

2. Change of Mind
In line with UAE consumer rights, you have the right to return an item within 7 days of receipt for change of mind, unless the item is clearly marked as final sale, customised, perishable, or hygiene sealed (opened).
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in original packaging with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are borne by you unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Return Conditions
Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging.
Return requests must be lodged within 7 days of delivery.
Returns without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Keep your courier tracking number — we are not liable for parcels lost in transit.

4. Sale & Promotional Items
All sale or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind unless faulty or incorrect.

5. How to Return
Email support@dragonberry.ae with your order number and photos (if applicable).

We will email you return authorisation and shipping instructions.
Ship your item via a trackable service.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you of the outcome and process any refund to your original payment method (via our payment gateway).

6. Important Notes
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed promptly though it may take additional time depending on your institution.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our conditions or are returned outside the timeframe.
